The Internet Grocer was set up in October 2009 bringing UK nostalgia food such as Marmite, Shreddies and Sharwoods chutney to Brussels thus becoming Belgium's first  specialist British on-line store.

Over the 18 months since launch, the range  expanded substantially and the "Wessex" part of our business grew so fast that in September 2010, we set up an office near Bridport in West Dorset in the heart of one of the best food producing parts of the UK.

From here we bring you fabulous cheeses, as well as cider, jams, chutneys and biscuits from quality local producers.

In the Autumn of 2011 we extended our business beyond Belgium and now deliver to France, Germany, The Netherlands and Luxembourg.

We also sell non-food items which, although widely available in Continental Europe, we can often provide at much better prices than local supermarkets. So look at our keen prices for razor blades, shampoos and toothpaste.
